Background

Professor, Dr., in law and in particular labour law at Umeå University since 2003. The author of many books and articles on labour law, EU labour law in particular concerning the free movement of workers and services respectively. National Expert for the European Commission 1995–2003 on the free movement of workers and 2004–2013 as a member of the European Observatory of the Free Movement of Workers, organized at the Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen. Member of the Odysseus Network – Academic Network for Legal Studies on Immigration and Asylum, at Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Faculte de Droit 1999–2013. Board member of Swedish Research Council for Health, Working Life and Welfare 2007–2013.
